Southwark Design Framework win

We are delighted to announce that we have been included on Southwark Council’s Framework for the next 5 years. 

When introducing the framework towards the end of 2019, Leo Pollak, Cabinet Member for Social Regeneration, Great Estates and New Council Homes said this “is the framework some architects have been waiting for all their years.” He’s not wrong - we have been waiting and are ready.

We delivered RIBA award winning housing in Southwark with Igloo regeneration. We are looking to expand that positive experience and apply it to other streets and estates within Southwark.

The Framework is being run by the London Housing Consortium (LHC) and will also be accessed by other boroughs and public bodies across London.
