Hambledon Vineyard
Hambledon Wineries Limited
Hambledon Vineyard is the country’s first commercial winery. The winery is adapting into a new era of wine tourism. Customers have an increasing interest in provenance, authenticity and sustainability. As part of this big change, we are designing a new restaurant, visitor experience and educational facilities at the top of the vineyard.
Hambledon Vineyard was first planted in 1952 by Major General Sir Guy Salisbury-Jones and was the first commercial vineyard of the modern era.
